We had a absolutely fantastic wedding, venue - didn't matter that it rained as you still got background of bridge and sea, the service - finding pins for boys button hole flowers wasn't a problem, food, the attentive and very professional staff... Couldn't fault anything.

Everyone enjoyed themselves. Your communication, everything was just a credit to you and your staff. Have seen lots of photos friends took on night and the smiles and laughs just show how much everyone was enjoying themselves. Thank you for making our wedding so special. Thanks.

Firstly I just wanted to say the event was so well co-ordinated, & organised, I was so impressed by the service and food was brilliant.

From the outset of the day when I arrived at midday nothing was too much trouble and your staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Having worked in hotels for many years, it was a pleasure to see such a high level of service being offered to our guests and it added to what was a beautiful day and a fun filled evening! It is rare to receive service that was as personable as yours and if you keep these standards up it will stand you in good stead against your competitors and make you a market leader. Can you please also pass our compliments on to your chefs for the delicious meals - there were many comments made throughout the evening about the taste and presentation of each course. With many guests traveling from overseas, the pressure was on to meet their expectations, having previously traveled themselves to weddings in Rome, Paris, Marbella, London, etc. I don’t think anyone was prepared for the remarkable reception that awaited them at The Wharf in Auckland! Guests have told us that they were literally blown away by the fabulous service, the delicious meals, the spectacular venue that is the Grand View... everything was so exquisite. The venue was such a stunning setting for a wedding, special venue for such a special occasion. The food was sublime and couldn't be faulted in anyway. The staff were always attentive and willing to go the extra mile. The venue has been highly recommended by both me and a number of other guests who attended. From the first contact I had with The Wharf they were professional and timely, never giving me the impression they were too busy.

They were very attentive, courteous and polite and made every effort to make our day special. I am sorry I cannot remember the guy that was in charge, but he was very good too. Things were well organised and efficient. Even when that annoying bride turned up so late!! The service was impeccable, the staff were well presented, friendly, efficient and omnipresent yet inconspicuous, and the food was absolutely divine - many thanks to the incredibly talented Chef. Our guests were beyond impressed with everything; most of all the venue itself. Many of them were international travellers, and noted that The Wharf seemed to be straight from high class Europe, and something they'd never seen before. Thank you again :)
